Your plan. Report unlock is a one-time $29.97. Membership then rebills at $59.99 every 30 days for ongoing searches and monitoring. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Cancel your membership

Enter the email on your account. We will cancel the recurring membership immediately and send a confirmation. Canceling stops all future rebills.

Refunds

If we could not confirm the identity of the person you searched within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund of the report charge. To request it, cancel above and note "refund" in your follow-up, or contact support.

Data deletion

Reports auto-delete after 30 days. To delete yours immediately, request it through Contact.
